A PSA for anyone curious about grading, ungrading, alternative grading (which I don’t designate as something other than ungrading but hey - it’s a term), etc. especially those trying to publish their SOTL results. No matter what your field is, you are not the first to do this. Cite. Abundantly.

It reflects a bad set of values that promote unhealthy work-balance practices in the team you lead. You're an example for your students and colleagues, live up to it.
