Just saw something I haven't seen in at least 3 years: a number on the scale starting with a 1. Officially under 200 lbs at 199.7, down from 217 earlier this year. The number isn't really the point, but it was good to see & my knees agree with me.
I'm sure if their T was higher this wouldn't be a problem.

I didn’t come anywhere near this when I was on the Roosevelt (‘87-‘90) - I think we hit like 85 straight days at sea. But even that was miserable. This is an abuse of the force and will have long term repercussions
