I own smokefleet.com free and clear. Have for years. What is defamation? Private Individuals: The plaintiff typically needs to prove the defendant acted with ordinary negligence (meaning they failed to take reasonable care in determining if the statement was true).

So people want to know the smokefleet story. The hashtag #smkkefleet was created over 10 years ago. Not by me, not by potcard, not by Nissan. There was a guy on Twitter who had @smokefleet, I believe his handle name was Long John slivers
