Just spent an hour excoriating my long-time go-to local HVAC company on yelp (I am one of many) and the BBB site for having become a piece of shit. Turns out they sold to some national overlord corporation. So that explains it. We were with them 35 years and now they’re garbage.

Earth is now warming faster than at any point in recorded geological history - around 10 times faster than the extreme warming event 56 million years ago and 20 times faster than at the end of the last ice age. We are almost certainly in a new extinction event.
