New Deal Democrat Sometimes I do the RICO (Really Intense Cussing Online)

🧵 Okay folks, I know a lot of people operate on vibes, but let’s deal with reality. If you want El-Sayed to win the Michigan senate race, you will need to open your wallets wide and drop some of your purity lines, particularly about PACS. First off Mike Rogers has a COH advantage of almost $2mil👇.1/

This government is OUR government, as much as we dislike the current political leadership. I'd be happy to explain why funding the FAA is important to someone who's capable of conversing without out of context interest in my bottom half.

I associate politicians who make personal insults a major part of their campaign persona with a lack of actual good policy ideas. It's Trump's whole schtick. I've said elsewhere that it was good that El Sayed asked his backers not to do it. Maybe, you should listen to him.

The divide in the Democratic Party over I/P is shifting from Gaza to whether Israel should exist at all. Any candidate expressing support for a single state should face questions about how it will deal with Islamist political parties, especially if that single state includes the right of return.

Either way, it's going to get worse. Even if peace comes to the Middle East tomorrow, enough people have been radicalized into ZOG conspiracies that it's going to affect politics & the discourse for a while.

I am not going to dive into the incipient knife & fork discourse, other than to note my experience in swank US culture is no one is obsessed about which hand you use, as long as you don't use the dinner fork to eat salad & chew like a grownup. I suspect this is also true in Europe.

Dear People Who Picnic in Public Parks: If your dishes involve small bones (Wings, ribs, etc) Please try to ensure you, and your friends, dispose of these bones into a proper waste container. Fishing tiny, surprise bones out of the mouth of my dog is not something he, nor I, enjoy.

Mamdani's promise is that the city stores will save the average NYC household $1000 a year. It would cost about $3.3 billion to mail checks to every NYC household. If the idea is to eventually have enough locations to be accessible to all New Yorkers, is it cheaper than just sending checks?

The obvious correct answer here is roll back the recently passed work requirements on SNAP & turn it into a program that includes giving everyone a $100 card that can be used at any restaurant.
