Official data was released today, and after adjusting for inflation, American office construction has fallen to the lowest level since 2011 It's down nearly 60% since the onset of the pandemic and 15% over the last year alone

The should announce that Trump is getting the Nobel Peace Prize everytime he declares the Iran war over or a ceasefire or that Iran is begging for a settlement. And then announce that they are rescinding it when he inevitably reverses himself or fucks things up.
