I should have fed Dainty earlier. She is struggling to eat with the fireworks going on. Moving the food into a room without an immediate door/window helped a bit, but not quite enough.
It seems my little stray has become food secure, because now she's being picky. Glad she feels safe and secure, but dammit.
Really just want to be in a comfortable financial period again. Obviously so I’m not having to be paranoid about things like being on the street because everything is unaffordable But also, I just really miss being able to pay it forward to others. I hate not being able to help others right now.
I've had Dainty almost 9 months. She has now allowed me to sleep between the hours of 5am and 8am without screaming for TWO. DAYS. STRAIGHT! I am so excited and hopeful that this is her further understanding the sleeping hours. It's been so rough with her to this point.
A video game studio should be allowed to make a bad game and gain some institutional knowledge without being gutted, skinned, and melted it down into glue every fiscal year.

Brains are so f'n weird. I don't know WHY, but my brain picked out a song my mother would have listened to 30-40 years ago. I looked that song up &I remembered most of the words. I found more songs by the artist, & I know all the words to many of these. I am certain I haven't heard them in 30+ yrs.

Library Friends: My book is now SEVEN WEEKS OLD and I am getting asked... a LOT if I can get my book into School Libraries (especially Jr. High and High School) to encourage young artists. My publisher doesn't really do this, so how can an author make this happen? What steps must I take? 1/2
I still have a lot of medical bills to pay, but it might be nice to be able to buy a new tablet so I can get back to work on my comics/bigger commissions. I hate having to do this every day. I’m sorry for anyone that actually reads these posts.
