Finished listening to the Clan Novel Gangrel audiobook yesterday. It's good. The presentation, namely the narration, is far better than the previous, as the narrator neither actually speaks clearly, neither slurring their words, mumbling, or mispronouncing names. Yeah, Clan Novel Tzimisce was bad.
working on something to help my DID brain today and its been such a weird journey since finding out we have DID and now protecting other alters' work after years of swapping out and tossing whole ass projects because "what is this and why is it in my room?"

There are a few things I'll never forget about this stupid experience. One was my partner calling to ask if I was okay, because their dad had just seen my name on CNN at his gym and gotten worried. The other was getting calls on my personal phone from men saying they were going to rape and kill me.

On the one hand, not everything needs to be content. On the other hand, my great uncle passed away over the weekend. He was a truly mythic figure in my life but also kind of a jerk. Me being me, I've been processing this in the context of how mythic characters inhabit and change their worlds.
