Our movement has been all over Greater Manchester this weekend, delivering thousands of leaflets for our brilliant candidate Geraldine Coggins. Affordable housing for all - not rip off flats in the centre. Labour has failed. Only the Greens can take on and beat Reform.

The green party leader Zack Polanski has framed the contest as a two party race between his party and Reform.

Politicians who fanned these flames should hang their heads in shame. Time and again we've seen this story play out. Single incidents used to fuel a far right narrative - and communities across the nation paying the price.

Huge fires encompassing a street with buildings, cars and the majority of the street on fire with plumes of black smoke.

Over 2000 people have been killed in Lebanon by Israel . 1.2 million people are now homeless. The beautiful ancient city of Lebanon, once called 'the Paris of the East", is being bombed to rubble. The majority of Lebanese people have nothing to do with Hezbollah

Ed Miliband has sold us all out. The climate movement, the environmental sector - and most importantly - our future generations. No longer can Labour claim to have the odd minister who "gets it." They're bought and paid for.

Happy International Women’s Day! Let’s celebrate our mothers, our daughters, our grandmothers, our aunties, our sisters, cousins, colleagues, friends and even the friends we have not yet made. “Here’s to strong women, may we know them. May we be them. May we raise them”

So Reform whinge about us mentioning Gaza in the Gorton and Denton by election, an issue highly relevant to the electorate and parliament yet are silent when the campaign in local elections to “stop the boats”. Blatant hypocrisy

Auschwitz was at the end of a process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers. This hatred gradually developed: from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.

A bird's-eye view of a former Auschwitz II-Birkenau camp showing a wide dirt pathway flanked by parallel rows of barbed-wire fences. Groups of visitors walk along the path, surrounded by the remnants of brick structures and barracks, now reduced to foundations. Green grass contrasts with the somber history of the site, as the path leads toward a guard tower in the distance.

Sad to learn that I'm one of the only 5% over 70s who vote Green - but so many young people being more green & left gives me hope ... 'YouGov: The Green Party is now by far the most popular party with all voters under 30. And it's catching up fast in other age ranges' meme via Cornwall Green Party
