I see the mouthy weirdo American guy who thinks he knows everything but really knows very little has decided to weigh in on Vimes’ boots. What is it with these pricks? Do they have to have an opinion about literally everything? Can they not just shut up occasionally?

Spoiler-free review of The Mad King: fucking brilliant, the best non-book take on Westeros yet. Special praise to the actors playing: Lyanna, Robert, Ned, Aerys, Rhaegar. Also, George-accurate throne

I get a little annoyed by the coverage of the proposed sell-off of the World Cup. They’re not just planning to sell it off. They’re planning to sell it off *to the Trump family*. That should be up front and central.
