The same gender anxiety that makes a cis man hate trans women leads to those men not seeking medical care for things that make them feel emasculated. Like prostate exams. Or testicular cancer screenings.

And finally, common forms of gender affirming medical care for transgender women are also the protocol for treating prostate cancer: testosterone blockers, and testicular removal.

And make no mistake, that crisis is 100% intentional. If they have to close down because of low enrollment, then no one has access whether they can afford it or not. Then who has to stay home? We all know the answer.

There is legitimately a crisis in early education right now because of consequent under-enrollment.
