I like to take leftovers from the week and combine them into a wholly new dish. I call it "nextovering". This week's entry is chicken molé casserole. Roasted chicken thigh meat, farro, vegetables, molé sauce, beans, sweet potato and cheese. Excepting the sweet potato & beans, the rest are leftovers.

Asking people to understand that American dominance in women's soccer is a byproduct of Title IX, which helped foster high-level women's sports in this coontry, in stark contrast to most of the reat of the world. It's a systemic, structural thing we should be proud of.
