My squat is BACK!!!😭😭😭 I broke 200 for the first time in faaar too long and was told by OG coaxh my form is solid. I feel strong again and I am so very grateful. And now back to volume work.
Maybe its the hair cut. Maybe it *is* the shorts like @watchtvalot.bsky.social says but these squats just keep getting heavier. It feels like gay powers so leta just call it that.

I found out its still under warranty so I will be paying $14.50 instead of $90(In this economy😱) for a new case. I am hanging on to this phone as long as I can but after its going to be a flip phone.
Wow. The internet is a landmine of emotion today and I am late to the gymbecause I'm exhqusted and a little nervous about competition prep for deadlift.
This is what real allyship looks like. Not when the rights of one group we happen to like, not when thw rights of one group we deem morally correct... When one group's rights are removed WE are ALL affected.

Rough morning after a rough night BUT as I sit here with my lifting book after the morning rush and putting out fires, theres wins! #1. My workout yesterday had competition prep in addition to the usual heavy volume AND I'm not sore. Like at all🤯 #2. I had a bench PR!!! AND it was only an @8.✨️😎✨️
This whole thread. If we didnt jave white supremacists LGBTQ+ folks then how are there events that wont admit Black or Asian bears? Its not just the extremists we need to watch out for. So I will leep calling out bigot behavior in our community because I for one would like to be safe in it.
