Reportedly, much of the vandalism of Flock cameras has been due to thieves recovering the 2-3 lbs of copper and 1-2 grams of gold in each unit. It’s very distressing that people vandalize these cameras to retrieve 2-3 lbs of copper and 1-2 grams of gold.

Sadly no, face data is only used for NPCs that use the same model as the player. However, there is something unusual in that the helmet model the player uses for the Artorias set has a hidden, partially sculpted face inside it, even though the actual Artorias model doesn't.
