FWIW Parliament staff check each submission on Bills personally & subs won't be posted until vetted. With high volume it can take weeks to get everything up. Not saying we shouldn't be vigilant but also don't presume conspiracy when resource constraint has been the issue in the past & likely is now.

This whole “the Greens made an $800 million mistake” means the amount of revenue they’re expecting to bring in every year drops by $200 m. Which is <5% on the >$5 billion their plans bring in. Get a grip RNZ and Stuff.
