But as I pointed out on Twitter, AIPAC has supported dozens of Republicans who voted against certifying Biden’s victory after the January 6 storming of the Capitol. That is un-American behavior. Does ADL disagree?

I'll just say that in a functional country, Sheehy would be expelled by the Senate. Democratic Senators should publicly push for that.
Peters organized the breach of the election equipment, broke the public trust and attacked the very foundations of our democratic process. Her actions are still being used to try to undermine the 2026 election.

Rubenstein points out that separate case cited by Polis to justify clemency misses the purpose of sentencing ranges.

The fact that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche publicly stated that DOJ excluded all images showing “death, physical abuse, or injury” from Epstein files is almost certain proof that the images exist. By withholding the images entirely rather than redacting minors, he is protecting the abusers.
