Got the reservation fixed—thank god. Couldn’t risk losing that much. They acted like they were doing me a favor after an hour on hold fixing the mix up. Customer service was horrible. Only a few bucks cheaper than other sites. Wouldn’t recommend booking through them.

Almost an hour later, they think they can fix it. But still not done sorting it out. Even the hotel manager is frustrated with this, and feels like we scammed. Laundry will likely have to be put on hold. Everything put off. Probably never using Super again for booking. Expedia isn’t a headache.
