SCOTUS refused to block a lawsuit from family of Amir Locke, a 22-yold Black man killed by Minneapolis police during no-knock raid. The officer sought qualified immunity, but lower courts said bodycam footage was too unclear to support his defense. Amir Locke’s family will get their day in court.
