Did you cofound Walk Bike Nashville and also downzone Nashville's urban areas? Did that not happen? Did setting back Nashville’s planning not set us back 20 years in bike infrastructure? Glad you want more density now.

We do need more density throughout urban Nashville. But when I saw the plan, including the 200' height on 31st, and max height within the SP taller than any existing Nashville or TN building, I concluded they were overreaching. The revised plan VU in unveiled about 2 weeks ago is much better.

Is this what you mean by, "more density throughout urban Nashville?" Or would we have to meet with The Community to decide the boundary?
