I know all of us here are by definition Terminally Online, but it gives me a lot of hope for the future of our country that folks are rejecting blatant authoritarianism and crony corporatism more and more.

I entered the corporate world 4 years ago and I was horrified at how knowledge wasn’t shared. This process is only documented in an email from six months ago sent to one person. This process is written is only on a single sheet of paper printed 30 years ago.
Kari Dru@karidru.bsky.social · 2w agoThis already happens WAY more often than people know. We've had to reinvent bronze casting more times than I recall. Your sheets growing up actually were softer and better and no we can't fix it. Nobody knows how to make the good flexy fountain pen nibs anymore.
