Pettai update - 135 pages and approximately 38k words to go. Hoping to finish it before this year end, take a short break and get to the editing mode next year.

Dr. Mack literally wrote the book on end of the universe scenarios, and she did it with brilliance, good humor, and enough bone-chilling fear to make it scary. And, well, fun. Anyways, if you want a crisis, read her book.
