I don't think this can be considered punching down as COD has hundreds of thousands of players and Marathon has, like, dozens of us, but trying out the MW4 beta this weekend highlights how damn good Bungie's gunplay feels. It's a fucking travesty more people don't play Marathon.

Tim Curry's contribution to movies and roles that end up in the gay cinema pantheon across genres is absurd. For me, Clue is a perfect cast with iconic performances, but without Curry being the emcee of the circus it would not be the movie I could go back to over and over again and still smile.

I just saw that The Fast & The Furious is getting a theatrical re-release this month! Two things: 1) Who is joining me at the cinema for this? 2) Let this be the beginning of the campaign to get Tokyo Drift re-released in cinemas!

There was my life before No Man's Sky, and my life after No Man's Sky. Now that I've reached an age where I look back more than I look forwards it stands out as a true highlight. Proud to have been a part of it. (Thanks @thespaceshipper.com)

What a journey, both in front of and behind the screen. No Man's Sky was released 10 years ago today!! A decade filled with free updates, which have consistently kept this space game among the most popular. @nomansbsky.bsky.social Original cover art by Simon Stålenhag 🔥

A vibrant and colorful panoramic artwork, the iconic key art for the video game "No Man's Sky."

The scene depicts a fantastical alien landscape under a bright teal sky. A lone explorer in a spacesuit stands on a hill covered in reddish-pink vegetation, looking out at a diverse ecosystem. Strange creatures populate the world, including a large, long-necked dinosaur-like animal, a herd of striped quadrupedal beasts, and pterodactyl-like creatures flying in the distance.

Kane Parsons created a YouTube channel at 9 and - as a teenager - used it as a proving ground to learn filmmaking before releasing his first Backrooms short when he was 16-years-old. Just saying.

Just watched the trailer for that AI-generated feature (that was screened while the Cannes Festival was happening next door), in which the last line of dialogue spoken is: "That was terrible."
