I’d like to add that frustration tolerance is good to learn just so you can learn new skills generally. Learning new skills can be extremely frustrating. For example, art was so hard for me at first, I’m just really stubborn so I stuck with it and eventually learned something after a few years.
If you learn one thing from me, let it be that two ibuprofen and a Benadryl will fix a wide variety of ailments from sinus infections to hangovers
