Ftr normally i would consider this ageism, but SCOTUS appointments are a reasonable exception imo. When you ask lawyers why SCOTUS doesn’t already have term limits, they usually answer, “Because they can’t work in law after that” To which i always reply, “So?” Which usually ends the conversation
