I’m 3 years on T and almost 2 years post-op from top surgery, and feel amazing about my appearance in a way that I never thought possible. I’m not usually the kind of person to show myself off, but I really feel like doing so! Maybe I will if I can take some halfway decent photos :’)

Always encourage beginner artists! It will help them keep going, their love for art growing, and maybe one day you’ll see them again, making art for your favorite piece of media, teaching others art, or making people smile with their work. :)

Why are modern games still releasing with microscopic on-screen text, without options to increase their size? This is a fairly common issue that hurts the experience for a *ton* of people, myself included, and kills my enthusiasm for a game like nothing else. Beast of Reincarnation… Why?😭

but sometimes if people get the right amount of help they can finally get to putting those ideas into play. there's no way to do that before the basics can be covered. if they're sick they need treatment and care. if they're unstable they need stability. if they're in danger they need safety.

the way the human mind works, it's extremely rare that any person enjoys just sitting there doing NOTHING AT ALL. people want to do things. people have inspiration and aspirations. i HAVE a full time job and badly struggle with my aspirations.

crowdfunding people are not just sitting there being root vegetables, morphing into part of the couch, waiting for you to send them money so they don't have to work. they have hopes and dreams. lol they have ideas of what they want to do with their lives. they just can't.

Apple charges people ~20% more than the Patreon list price and they keep the difference for themselves. They also hold the proceeds of iOS app sales for 75 days, making it impossible for creators to accurately predict earnings. They basically inserted themselves in order to rip *more* people off

Trying to not be terrified about my wrist pain resurfacing after a month post-cortisone injection. I have a followup appointment on Tuesday. Also found out from my podiatrist a few days ago that I’ll need foot surgery to correct my fallen arch if I don’t want to be in pain the rest of my life.

Anyway back to my ongoing theory that women use AI to get more done and men use AI to get out of doing more.

I realize these are all things that sex workers have told us and could tell us better. Consumer-facing AI is basically a sex worker so of course it’s personalizing various iterations of financial domination for men because that’s what they want.

There’s also something to how women are socialized to be suspicious of flattery — it’s how we transfer responsibility for men’s desire onto women’s bodies; we are taught to defend against that in service to our “innocence” or whatever — whereas men accept flattery as their due. Perfect marks.
