Nichole is a strong and tireless ally for the LGBTQ+ community. As a parent, I am thankful for her voice. We all need to be a little more like Nichole - the world would be a lot more tolerant and much much kinder.

American friends - Donate if you can. Chances are we all know someone who’s needed blood at some point.
The Red Cross says the U.S. blood supply has reached crisis levels—and it's urging eligible donors to give as soon as possible f-st.co/w3chsiE
Stay Free Alberta: submitted 286, 593 signatures 222, 597 verified 177, 732 threshold 293, 976 old threshold (before UCP changed law) 404, 293 Forever Canada verified signatures
222,000 signatures is impressive. It's still lower than the original threshold set by the Kenney government. Not to mention time frame and regional requirements. Key takeaway: without Danielle Smith's rule changes, the separatist petition would have failed.
Sunday morning leader sermon, with a little Navy slang thrown in: if you treat people with respect and decency and care, in 98.2 out of every 100 cases, they will work their effing asses off for you. (Why the F is this such a hard sell??)
I have been atTwitter user forever and ever. The time has come to let go. I plan to transfer my conversational affairs to Bluesky sky and I’m looking forward to meeting anybody and everybody. My last book was called: Excellence Now: Extreme Humanism. That’s my signature.
Diaper Don What's that diaper you have on Could it be chock fulla turds just like your mind And did I hear you spew Some despicable donkey poo To feed to your enablers with no spine! RS
How can a three-ingredient sauce made by about 250 people on one Louisiana island reach 160-plus countries, when strategy says global reach requires building a big organization? What does the work the organization normally does? #Globalization #ValueDensity #Tobasco
Never underestimate the power of collective consumer action. One person boycotting a company makes little difference. Thousands or millions doing it can change corporate decisions faster than many governments.
Silos aren’t always harmful. In highly specialized, regulated, or confidential functions - such as legal, cybersecurity, finance, or R&D - they protect expertise, safeguard sensitive information, reduce risk, and enable focused decision-making. The key is coordinating across silos when needed.

Canada just committed $900M for Ukraine at the NATO summit in Turkey. For perspective - Since then war started (and thru April 2026) Canada has committed $451 per Canadian. We rank 14th out of 40 countries. This is $105 per year per citizen (about $8.50 a month). The same as a blue check on X
Let’s go Canada! Great start - let’s keep it up! You got this. Already proud of you boys! One nation. One team. One massive opportunity. Bring it home! #beatMorocco #CANmnt #CANvsMAR #goCanadaGo

I think the argument that we are already engaged in a form of hybrid warfare with Russia and that we need to investment in things like a navy capable of defending underseas cables is 100% correct. But the argument that Russia might launch a conventional attack on NATO ‘by 2030’ isn’t compelling.
The consequences in terms of being viewed as a toxic employer will likely last some time.
Employers who laid off workers citing AI are already starting to regret it
FFS Poland. 1- you have extra migs and haven’t already sent them to Ukraine? WTF? 2- you are “driving a hard bargain” with a country at war with Russia, and separating you from Russia? As a Ukrainian / polish Canadian, not proud of the polish part right now.
Just think about this for a second… Canada is still playing; Germany is out of the World Cup #CanMNT #CanadaSoccer
Paraguay has declared tomorrow, June 30, a public holiday in celebration of their national team reaching the Round of 16 at the #FIFAWorldCup 👏🇵🇾
Could we see #CanMNT get their first ever win against Morocco in the Round of 16 at the #FIFAWorldCup? 👀
Not entirely unhappy Netherlands and Morocco are playing in overtime (is that a soccer term?), in hot and humid Mexico, after 1-1 in regulation. Hope the winner is drained when they play Canada Sunday in #Htown! #CANmnt #goCanadaGo #fifa16
I have spent 25 years measuring how companies really work. Silos always cost more than anyone admits, slowing decisions and quietly raising your wage bill. Here is the part nobody tracks. You cannot fix what you cannot see. Read this HBR article: "How to Lead Across a Siloed Organization".
Talk about stepping in dog poop. Vancouver based NovaRed mining appoints Kristi Noem to their board. Backlash and scrutiny is huge. Unfortunately for #novared it’s a junk stock. They likely couldn’t get anyone better. From their investor presentation… PS: Do your own research before investing.
Don’t understand how Alberta separatists think leaving Canada fixes anything. $400B in “start up” costs compared to a confederation deficient of $20B/year… years of uncertainty… only to be inevitably annexed by the USA. Separation will make Alberta (and all Albertans) poorer.
What an absolute disgrace. A FIFA-certified referee being denied entry to the United States purely because he is Somali. The World Cup is meant to bring people together. This is racism, plain and simple. Shameful. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...
World Cup 2026: Somali referee Omar Artan to miss tournament after being barred from entering US
Omar Artan, who was set to be the first Somali to referee at the World Cup finals, is dropped from the list of officials after he was denied entry to the United States.
