oh hey, my first IGN review! Orbitals is a game that emulates its contemporaries but never rises above its inspirations in meaningful ways. An endearing romp that pulled out dormant nostalgia for the Toonami era and memories of watching anime I didn't understand as a kid in my parent's basement

Orbitals Is a Co-op Sci-fi Adventure That Looks and Feels Exactly Like a Playable '90s Anime, One Any Toonami Fan Should Be Excited For

A co-op adventure that nails the feeling of a playable ‘90s anime.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword's combat is so good I challenged myself to beat it without using any items. And I did. Combine that with fantastic characters, a memorable story, and some of the coolest cutscenes you'll ever see, and it's impossible not to recommend. My review for @ign.com:

Onimusha: Way of the Sword Is an Incredible Action Game With an Excellent Story to Match, As Well As Some of the Best Animations Around

An incredible action game with an excellent story to match.

I reviewed @denshattack.bsky.social for @ign.com and it's one of the best games I've played this year. An all gas, no brakes, anime-as-hell (complimentary), roaring soundtrack train-tricker that you should play immediately. Like right now. Thank you to @tomrmarks.bsky.social for letting me do it.

Denshattack! Is Part Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Part Anime As You Do Kickflips In a Ramen Delivering Train, and That All Works Way Better Than You'd Expect

Hitting the track and chaining tricks together is a joy.

I have some exciting news! I'm IGN's newest Guides Editor, starting in June!!! After nearly 6 years of freelancing for IGN in more different capacities than I can count, being offered the opportunity to join the team fulltime means so much to me. Still hasn't properly sunk in yet to be honest 😅

This one was me! I think Thick as Thieves is really cool, especially as a co-op game, and I loved playing it. I wish there was more to do, and there are a couple of frustrating elements to it because of the Hauntstables (Ghost cops who are bastards even in death), but it's a blast in co-op.

We wish Thick as Thieves had more to do overall, but it’s hard to find much fault with the stealthy co-op heists that are here. Our review: https://bit.ly/4dSttbd

Union says fuck it, takes lunch at 11:30am to show our solidarity ✊ Today, the IGNCG is celebrating May Day! We’re a bit early, but we’re just too excited about getting our first contract done. We’ve got pizza and pride in the work we’re doing to make IGN a better place for all of us. 💜

Had a great time making this - watching it back I think its a well produced and densely packed informational video - covering alot of topics in a small ammount of time. Give it a watch, give it some love, and leave some questions in the comments for a potential follow up!

We've got plenty of 40K content on IGN, but what about Magic: The Gathering? Well, here's a video I'm particularly proud of! I put a lot of love into this one, and major thanks to @pleasantkenobi.bsky.social for being our MTG Expert! youtu.be/tzJJimV0LpA #MagicTheGathering

It's been a ✨while✨ since we've posted, huh? That's because our Bargaining team has been DEEP in negotiations over our first contract for over a year now. But we're finally getting towards the end, and we're hopeful that we can come to a fair agreement! I mean how could you say no to these faces?

I finally finished Clair Obscur this week after bouncing off it a bit last year and I’m glad I went back. Super neat game, extremely cool ending, but also fairly surprised it swept award season just as hard as it did. In the running for sure, but didn’t strike me as “of course this won everything.”

For those who don’t know the context it is very funny. I took this controller to game for work and Tom asked where I got it and I said I took it from his desk and then he had me flip it over to see the label “Tom’s do not take.” Thus the second label was added.
