“Heartbroken doesn’t even begin to describe it, but this isn’t over either and I’m going to continue to fight this.” This is the first sentence Savanna Batten, one of the nine defendants who was convicted in the North Texas “antifa” case for participating in a noise demonstration at the Prairieland Detention Center on July 4, 2025, sent me via the jail messaging system two days after the verdict.On March 14, I was awoken a little after 4 a.m. in Tokyo, Japan by a text message from Chris Tolbert, Savanna’s federal attorney who I was a paralegal for when a verdict had been reached. I was 14 hours ahead and I jumped out of my bed, my heart racing as I waited for an update. Less than an hour later, the numbness kicked in as uncontrollable crying overcame me. Tolbert’s words to me: We lost. Savanna had been found guilty of all four counts: riot, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, and use and carry of an explosive.During the trial, the majority of evidence presented by the U.S. government focused primarily on political paraphernalia and firearms in an open carry state found in the homes of defendants and labeling black clothing as “tactical gear” to criminalize their character in the eyes of the jury. Their narrative seemed far-fetched to portray a noise demonstration as a “coordinated attack.” On my last day at the trial on March 4, she looked at me withholding tears and, in that moment, I yearned to give her a hug. She called me that evening on my rainy drive back home to Dallas to say goodbye as I vowed to stay in touch.The first time I saw Savanna before July 4, 2025, was in early June 2025 providing jail support for detained protestors at Dallas County Jail after an anti-ICE protest in Dallas. Less than a year later, I never thought I would become a part of her legal team visiting her at the Wichita County Jail in December 2025. She remembered me, and from then on, a friendship bloomed beyond the jail walls.

Kim Fisher as her precinct committeeman husband Bill Fisher have a long history of racist behavior. Kim is openly pro-Confederate and her husband was exposed 4 years ago for operating a pro-lynching, pro-Hitler LARP account. NO local media covered this at the time (bcuz antifascist research evil).

"Radical leftists have engaged in coordinated efforts to militantly attack our nation and undermine the rule of law. Screwston and related ted groups have illegally doxed Texans ans and encouraged violent terrorism against fellow citizens," said Attorney General Paxton. "These deranged traitors will face the full force of law. No stone will e left unturned, and no tool will be left unused." be The investigation aims to determine the exact nature of Screwston's involvement in unlawful activity, including aiding in the commission of terrorism and "doxing," in violation of Texas law. The organization is self- admittedly affiliated with Antifa, which has been designated by President Donald Trump as a terrorist organization. Additionally, reported members of Screwston affiliates recently participated in an armed assault on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") facility in Alvarado, Texas. Merchandise sold by the group promotes the death of ICE agents and encourages violence by mentally ill "transgender" individuals. As part of the investigation, Attorney General Paxton has issued a Request to Examine to Screwston, which is a legal demand for records and documents that will be used to identify the scope of legal violations committed by the organization.

Mental health counselor Garrett Michael Berna has been identified as a member of the white supremacist groups Patriot Front and New England Active Club.

I allege that Garrett Michael Berna, a licensed mental health counselor out of West Brookfield MA & practicing in Newton MA (lic. #LMHC10304), is dead certainly a member of Patriot Front and the New England Active Club. He's likely been active with both organizations since April 2024, if not before.

He wears a brown-gray long-sleeve t-shirt partially rolled toward the elbows. A tattoo peeks out of the right sleeve. He also wears what appears to be a luxury watch on his right wrist. He holds a baby, back facing toward the camera. His facial shape is very similar to that of the man in the photos of the Patriot Front march.
