Honestly, AI slop PRs are becoming increasingly draining and demoralizing for #Godot maintainers. If you want to help, more funding so we can pay more maintainers to deal with the slop (on top of everything we do already) is the only viable solution I can think of: fund.godotengine.org

Godot's GitHub has increasingly many pull requests generated by LLMs and it's a MASSIVE time waster for reviewers – especially if people don't disclose it. Changes often make no sense, descriptions are extremely verbose, users don't understand their own changes… It's a total shitshow. #godotengine

A fun trick I've used for a while is using the posterize and B/W adjustment layers to check my value groupings. This helps break the piece down into raw shapes, allowing me to make sure things are reading properly. Like in this, I see now that the foot of the left figure needs to be more lit #wip

hey #GameDev (and gamers). i've been building a game database thing. dropping it this week (kinda). need more people to kick the tires. if you wanna help out (you do) and you're cool (jury's out) then txt me (bluesky, germ, or @trezy on discord).

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.” What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Alberto Castañeda Mondragón says his memory was so jumbled after a beating by immigration officers that he initially could not remember he had a daughter and still struggles to recall treasured moments like the night he taught her to dance.

But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain.

He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friend’s car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again.

He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.

Hey, shh, listen, shh, the real great replacement theory... Men being replaced by femboys. I've said too much. The cat ear patrol is on to me... Oh my goddd

Maga incel alpha male centric freak: Women can't lead because their emotions are so uncontrollable. Meanwhile the huge majority of murders and violent acts are carried out by men. Deeply weird people.

Apathy is for pussies. Empathy takes work. Walking in someone else's shoes builds strength and knowledge. People who don't care are weak.

And from another angle, some kids are being told, “everyone’s different and that’s ok! Be you!” when what they really need to be told is more like “There are a lot of ways to be a person. Don’t be bully.”

I feel like sometimes we say "everyone's different and that's ok" to kids who really need to hear something more like "you're worthy of respect even if people are being hateful to you".
