Missouri voters took to the streets and fought back after Missouri Republicans answered the call from DC to rig Missouri elections. A coalition of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans gathered over 305,000 signatures to force the DC power grab to a vote of the people.
SoS Hoskins is trying to commit voter fraud on a state-wide level. If voters are forced to vote using fraudulent maps (which we are doing today) those votes are invalid. Our Congressional delegation can't be seated if they haven't been legitimately elected.

By Hoskin's logic, he could unilaterally declare the Democratic party unconstitutional and refuse to allow any of them on the ballot. This is utterly ridiculous.
Denny Hoskins has declared himself sole arbiter of the Missouri Constitution. This will not stand even the barest judicial scrutiny.
The courts have already said this is not true. It should take a court 5 minutes to issue a summary judgement against him
