I’m only going to say this once. Americans who eat meat get more than enough protein from their normal diet. You do not need to add more on purpose. Or to be healthier or to lose weight. It’s a marketing scam. If you’re worried about protein intake, worry about the developing world, not yourself.

We can't sustain this intensity of housing price pressure in Chicago, not without losing the fundamental thing that makes this city work for people.

When no child wants to go through this and no parent wants to put them through it, when interest in participating in girls/women's sports dries up so completely that there simply aren't enough athletes to sustain a program anywhere at last, it won't be an accident. It will be a goal fulfilled.
