Today marks the start of Pride month. However, we are Proud of being ourselves every single day. No amount of legislation will change that. Keep being YOU and let's call out all the people and organisations pinkwashing this month when they don't support us all year long.

A vibrant Pride-themed promotional graphic for Trans Radio UK. The left side shows a microphone, colourful sound waves, and musical notes. The background features a rainbow gradient. The text reads: “Trans Radio UK – Pride Month – Loud. Proud. On Air. Celebrating our community, our voices and our stories – www.transradiouk.com.”

Today is IDAHOBIT, the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexphobia & Transphobia. This year’s theme, No matter where we live, who we are, or the faiths that drive us, most people want to nurture neighbourhoods and communities where every life can flourish. #IDAHOBIT

A hand tightly grips a rainbow ribbon that twists upward and outward against a light gray background. Text on the image reads: “May 17th – International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia, Biphobia.” A logo for “Trans Radio UK” appears in the top left, with the website address along the bottom.

We have been approached by Tre Owen to share: Call for Participants - Football Fans of a Men's Professional Club in England or Wales ⚽️🏳️‍⚧️ Hi everyone, I am a PhD researcher looking into the experience of trans people who follow a men's professional football club in England or Wales.

“A recruitment poster from Manchester Metropolitan University seeking participants for a research study about the experiences of trans football fans. The poster features the university logo at the top, followed by a large heading stating ‘Participants Needed for Research Study on the Experience of Trans Football Fans.’ Below, there is text inviting people who identify as trans and support a men’s professional football team in England to participate. Eligibility requirements are listed, including being 18 or older, identifying as transgender, and being a fan of a men’s professional football team based in England or Wales. The poster explains that participation involves a one‑on‑one interview lasting 60 to 90 minutes, conducted via Microsoft Teams or by phone. On the right side, there is a large QR code labeled ‘Scan QR Code to Sign Up.’ At the bottom, researcher contact details for Tre Owen are provided. The design uses pastel blue and pink accents reminiscent of the transgender pride flag.”

Today marks the start of Transgender Awareness Week. Trans Awareness Week is a global annual event from November 13–19 that raises visibility for transgender & gender non-conforming people, celebrates their achievements &

Without football, I wouldn't have a job, a friend, or a pastime, I wouldn't have seen fraction of the world that I have seen, and I wouldn't have had so many of the experiences that have given me such a rich and privileged life. Emily deserves all these things, and more.

This is our Emily who has played for us for the past 3 years. She is super talented and we are super proud of her. It is criminal that as well as being barred by the FA from playing FA regulated football she didn't even get a notification.

I’ve had the privilege of playing on the same team as Emily several times over the years. She is kind, brave, and deserves the world. We should call the ban out for what it is: the FA is banning trans kids from playing grassroots sports with their friends. It’s not about protecting women at all.

When your kids heart is completely broken and there is nothing you can do 😞.

1/ I want to thank the couple of people that have ordered a Tee off Emily. Not only does this keep her busy doing something she enjoys but it will also contribute towards getting her to @trukunitedfc.bsky.social football events and pride events. Both of which have never been so needed by her.

Some of Emily’s latest crafts, help support a trans kid. This is one of the many things she has got me doing with her to keep her mind occupied. If you arent on instagam you can message me here for one. www.instagram.com/emz_crafts_?...

⚽️🏳️‍⚧️🗣️ Man City player Katie Startup: “I hope that women’s football and its community can continue to be the space it has always been, where people feel safe to simply be who they are.” ✍️ Jessy Parker Humphreys, @theobserveruk.bsky.social #LetThemPlay #LetTransWomenPlay #TransRightsAreHumanRights
