I've been to North Korea multiple times and the United States authoritarian regime is far more randon and less disciplined at killing opponents of the government.

Which means police should be arresting these agents right now for state crimes (kidnapping, assault, felonious threats), and the FBI should be arresting them for federal crimes (deprivation of rights under color of law).
