Once again, I come back to the fact these guys have created a situation where one of the UK's leading, cis female athletes is scared to go to the loo alone, and the fact that they are celebrating this as a step forward for women's rights.

OTD in 1940, USSR formally annexed Latvia. Soviets troops had been "invited in" (in accordance with absolutely nothing to do with our treaty with Nazis) & then held "elections" where 99%+ voted to join USSR. None of this should sound familiar to you.

So...3 days ago in Kamakura, Japan, we used the QR code to order & then watched the sole employee very slowly make our dinners starting with pulling out all the veggies from a random backpack that was on the counter & prep with bare hands w/o washing. The french fries came with extra bonus hair.
