Interested in Football Manager (FM) content, pro football (soccer) content, COYS, and factual US politics rather than propaganda. I deleted my Twitter account after 15+ years.

Objectively the point of the American Dream, such as it exists now or really ever did, is supposed to be that anyone can come here and achieve it. It’s quite literally the entire point

A right wing dipshit saying the American Dream belongs only to Americans

What is the logic behind hydration breaks under a roof or when the temperature is nowhere close to 86 degrees? The only thing I can think of is to allow commercials during the match.

Tottenham hired a manager that many world-class players and fellow managers say is a very good manager. He comes with an attitude that not everyone can handle, but he also has a better character than many have shared (see: Ukraine). If you're unhappy with RdZ, wait 2 years. #COYS

Tottenham fans are writing letters to ENIC & Vinai to not hire DeZerbi. Vinai did more to look the other way for Partey than RdZ did for Greenwood. ENIC & Vinai are here now, driving us straight to the Championship, & DeZerbi is nothing more than a rumor that may happen IF we avoid relegation #COYS

NEW: Several high-ranking federal election officials attended a summit last week at which prominent activists who worked to overturn Trump’s loss in the 2020 election pressed for the president to declare a national emergency to take over the midterms.

I do not like adding playoff teams. It is a classic Americanization of a format that already works just fine. On the flip side, @cartilagefree.bsky.social this does increase the chances of Spurs being promoted back to the Prem after next season.

The end-of-season play-offs in the Championship are likely to include six teams for the first time from next season, with League One and League Two following in the coming years (Sky sports)

Team USA Curler Rich Ruohonen: "We'd be remiss if we didn't at least mention what's going on in Minnesota...I am a lawyer, as you know, and we have a constitution... and what's happening in Minnesota is wrong. There's no shades of gray. It's clear."

Dom had 7 touches in the opp box. We have only had or exceeded that total by our starting #9 5 other times this year. Richi (8) v SUN, RKM (8) v. COP, Richi (11) v. Brighton, Richi (8) v. City, and Richi (7) v. Burnley. We have not had a #9 who can apply pressure in the box consistently.

If you are a Tottenham supporter that is angry about a backup player like Tel being dropped in order to get our STARTING #9 minutes so he can return to fitness - just say you want Frank to fail. There is no scenario where getting Tel minutes is more valuable than getting Dom back to match fitness.

But this is the most perfect example of the club's ambition right now, and why I have zero interest in sacking Frank. Frank is here to develop Souza for years. Maybe you disagree with that strategy, but, regardless of who is managing - this is where Spurs are headed.

🚨⚪️ Souza to Tottenham, here we go! Deal in place for €15m fee as verbal agreement has been reached. Travel scheduled on Sunday after deal agreed with agency Bertolucci Sports and Santos accepting payment terms. Documents to be exchanged this weekend then all sealed.

Any Tottenham supporters still banging on about sacking Frank, look at Chelsea and United. Two clubs with way more recent success, but no plan. Everyone is looking at both as clubs in disarray. Nobody is running in to save them. Stick to the plan. Don't join the circus. #COYS

Fellow Tottenham supporters... I know we have had our ups and downs lately, but can we all join together and enjoy a good laugh at Morgan Gibbs-White's expense? Used Spurs as a negotiation chip for a new deal with NF, only to find himself wedged in a relegation battle 20 matches in. #COYS

Brennan Johnson - a player Spurs spent too much money for. A player with one-dimensional talent on the right side. A player who needed to be sold for a 15-20m loss. A player that takes a step down in club stature. But sure, tell me more about how his 1 goal in Europe makes him invaluable.
