Livin’ the farce, baby!

You gotta love how they miss the thing the burrito is signifying and go right for the signifier as the ultimate thing that needs to be refuted. It isn’t, “are prices too high,” it’s, “can you make a cheaper and worse burrito for less or get one for free on a meal plan?”

for reasons that only make sense if you're insane, a TPUSA kid complaining about burrito costs on xitter has the GOP's biggest divas going for each other's throats.

One of our TPUSA college students gave me his take on affordability:

“A burrito shouldn’t cost $20.”

Yeah, a lot of this is a hangover from Covid and Biden-era inflation, but the lived experience is the same: It just feels like basic things cost too much.

mamdani's social media: NYC, today is a monumental day. I've slain Gorlax the Spurious, the beast who lived in the sewers and ate children and small dogs. every conservative thinkpiece article: Slaying Gorlax the Spurious might *sound* appealing, but what if you don't have children or small dogs?

The SCREEN Act is not just another age-verification bill — it goes much further than anything passed at the state-level or in other countries. 1. The bill doesn't just target porn sites. It goes after *any* site that allows material "harmful" to minors. You'd have to scan your face to use Google.

Tens of thousands of ppl will be spending 8 hours in driving, $130 in gas, $30 in tolls & another like $60 in parking to drive by roughly 3700 New Jersey Wegmans just to cash in on that sweet sweet no ID NYC government grocery scam this is a TRAVESTY what next?? NO ID NEEDED TO MAIL A LETTER???

Mamdani in his nice black suit holding up think plantains with a 30% off sticker above a very paywalled Forbes piece from yesterday with a headline reading No, there won't be ID requirement for NYC-owned grocery stores, Mamdani's office says

Yesterday I had some pest control guy come to my door and tell me they were going to be parking in my driveway and using MY water to treat my neighbor’s house, and when I told him no you won’t and to fuck off he tried to sell me pest control because no one has any shame anymore.

my friend whose life was ruined by killer cops got stabbed to death this morning. He was never the same after they killed his friend and swept it under the rug, it instantly shifted the trajectory of his life towards this. the violence this country inflicts on its poor is demonic

report on a facebook reel: officers attempted to enter a home after a deadly stabbing in Bonney Lake

his family got no settlement bc the judge took the cops report over the hospitals and found the kid at fault. ruined my other friend who was theres life. we knew the pig too. Used to harass us even after this whole thing went down. anyway this is all that remains of the public record of it

Say it with me: almost everyone has an underlying condition that can contribute to death triggered by a pathogen, and that does not make it their fault or the fault of the underlying condition. If you get stabbed, having high blood pressure will cause you to bleed out faster. COD is still the wound.

Wonder will Alex Berenson now change his health reporting? Or will start pushing a "died with" rather than "died from" framing?

Alex Berenson: The cyclosporiasis outbreak is the fourth this year the media has blamed on Trump and RFK Jr. None of them have killed a single person.
