Reporting on the R* firings has meant multiple trips to London, Edinburgh & Glasgow over the last several months in order to be on the ground as the story developed. It's been a different style of video for us, with more frequent updates, rather than one big doc right at the end of the process.

Our games industry is people. Our studios are people. Our teams people, our games by people for people. Our games are made by people, in groups of people, in teams of people, making people things for people. The magic is people, and the people deserve so much better than all this. I am so sorry.

So for this Juneteenth, I went back and updated my feature on the need to incorporate more Blackness into your gaming perspective, more relevant now than when I wrote it years ago. Check it out on @pcmag.com www.pcmag.com/opinions/cel...

Celebrate Juneteenth by Supporting These Brilliant Black Game Developers

From developers to esports stars to visionaries, Black excellence exists at every gaming level, so you have no excuse not to show support.

And why Nigel Farage will be very worried this morning

Received a family history request via the local historical society. Said I'd be happy to help. Logged into Ancestry to see if I had anything on there that could be useful, realised Dad's still noted as living, and lost about 3 hours crying my eyes out. It's wild how grief can catch you off guard.

Hello, internet. Do you happen to know of any places that sell really good quality prints from Little Nightmares? I know it's a deliciously fucked up little game, but I am also just a little bit deliciously fucked up, and would love it on my walls!
