Blazing HOT TAKE: @warnock.senate.gov and @ossoff.bsky.social need to name successors to their campaigns now. Trump aims to undermine elections, yes. But one or more assassinations attempts on GA senators will become a probability. That is, if he doesn’t try to obtruct their campaigning directly.

As the United States prepares to celebrate its 250th anniversary, the Court notes

court declare that a noncitizen with no criminal history, no history of flight, and an
adjudicated right to asylum may be detained indefinitely without running afoul of the Due
