So far, 2025 has been great running-wise after two years of struggle. On #globalrunningday I'm sharing some impressions: 1. PR at Hamburg Marathon, 2. 4th Place at Schweriner Seentrail, 3. Cross Country Running at FIKO Baltic Sea Training Camp, 4. 10k PR at Wittenburg. Can't Do it without running.

What a huge scale! Last week we walked >16 km across a drained peat grassland to select study plots at our #wetscapes2.0 landscape-level experiment on peatland #rewetting. Soon sneakers won't be a suitable any more, and frogs don't have to rely on drainage ditches to thrive!
