Coming soon: fill in those unsightly blank spots on your map! Tunnels/covered roads will soon receive credit on Wandrer. Since GPS often doesn't work well in these places, credit for the tunnel is given based on completing its entering/exiting neighbor roads
I went from biking 300 miles per year, thinking I was biking everywhere I would want to go—errands, etc.—to biking 150 miles per month, because I was now seeking opportunities to be more active, because the e-bike was so much fun.

I'm actively looking for opportunities to bike, both because the e-bike is so efficient, but also fun. I know I say it a lot, but e-bikes are an incredible tool for replacing car trips.

2026 update is available! A lot of stuff happened in 2025, and I'm excited for what 2026 will bring as well. Importantly for you: if you were thinking about upgrading, maybe now's the time? Wandrer's price will be going from $30/year to $40/year at the beginning of May.

Explored some new trails up on to the #Ridgeway this arvo on the #Grizl. These bridleways are in my “back yard”, but it’s taken @wandrer.earth to motivate me to go ride them. 👍 It was bloody windy and made some road sections a bit sketchy. Decided to bail early for coffee and a shower! #Cycling
There's an issue going on with updating your Strava activity descriptions from Wandrer, and I'm trying to figure out what's up. Strava is investigating, and I'll update folks when I know more.

This is fun! The biking app that gives you points for getting lost, exploring, and racking up unique kilometers also does fun weird metrics, like "How many kilometers have you ridden that were named after Alexander von Humbolt."
