Kevin Warsh just lost me. He argues he's going to be an independent Fed Chair, but refuses to acknowledge that Trump lost the 2020 election. If you can't state simple facts when you're in the political spotlight, you aren't independent. You're a coward.
Why don't we build refineries that deal with this locally? Because it's incredibly expensive and we're already getting paid for the oil from other countries so no one wants to who is in power. Drill baby drill is to sell more oil overseas and make oil companies and related industries rich.

Posting a video of a woman being graphically murdered is yet another form of objectification and dehumanization. The purpose of it was to shock and offend, in order to encourage racism against immigrant men. It is a form of terror.
The reprehensible story that Trump and Hegseth are now telling about this war is that threatening genocide and civilizational erasure is *good,* because it bends the world to Trump/American will. We need to take this on directly. Some thoughts on this idea here: newrepublic.com/article/2087...
Constitutional lawyer here. I don't think it would violate the Constitution for the VP/Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment, but the intended constitutional remedy for this behavior is impeachment & removal. The fact that that remedy is politically impossible is a scandal and a crisis.

This is an actual post. This is not funny. This is beyond desperate. This is a deeply unwell man who doesn’t belong anywhere near the levers of power. Every member of his cabinet and Congress is complicit in not demanding his removal now.
