Overall, as a statement of intent it seems fine, but the proof will be in the pudding, and that is a long way off yet, at least early next year. I used to joke about how my daughter probably won't get so see snow when she's older. I guess she won't have to get that much older thanks to fossil fuels and now AI and data centres speed running us into a heat death.
