I'm getting to the point where there's no point buying new vinyl, especially from the corporates. This is the state of the latest #MilesDavis box set. I've tried 2 copies, one from the UK, the other from Switzerland, both the same. 0 quality control. They just don't give a fuck. #Entshittification

Loads of people in their 50s who listen to the pod will have discovered artists through tapes from the library. Mine was Billy Bragg - Talking To The Taxman About Poetry. That tape informed my outlook on life. Libraries did indeed give us power.

Possibly the most ludicrous experience I've had in a record shop. No prices and you have to give the item to the owner who checks "the internet" while you wait around as he decides what he's going to charge you! 🙄 More on 'Saturday Deluxe' at the weekend!
