the correct answer to people being mad about property tax is that the ultrawealthy should pay for the services that the working class funds with property tax. the ultrawealthy should be wealth-capped until everyone in the country is fed, housed, and has healthcare. abolish prisons. i can keep going

I am entirely serious when I say that this should be seen as a moderate position. It specifically and surgically dismantles institutions that did not exist pre-9/11 and assigns their functions much as they were assigned pre-9/11.
