FYI: Streamplace isn't vulnerable to the PixelSmash ffmpeg vulnerability announced yesterday. (We don't use the insecure magicyuv decoder, you see.) We're pushing out an update anyway with the latest ffmpeg version as a precautionary measure, but you may continue Streamplacing without fear.

VOD Jam tip: HLS is supported by a lot of browsers natively these days but not all of them. I'd recommend including and using HLS.js to maximize compatibility (I think this is the root cause of a lot of the "doesn't work in Firefox" reports)
