Cubs' Justin Steele, in first rehab outing, goes 1 2/3 innings for Triple-A Iowa. Steele, who hasn't pitched in MLB since April 2025, allowed 4 hits, 3 runs (1 earned), 0 BB & 2 Ks. He threw 36 pitches (26 strikes). Will be interesting to see how his velocity trends as his rehab progresses.
