The Tides are so fucking bad it’s insane. Who’s the manager of that team? Being this bad shouldn’t be ok, idc if it’s just a development stop on the way to the majors. I’d rather the AA guys just make the jump instead of being tainted by this garbage. (I know that’s not how it works, IJS)

I know folks like to throw around the term “lottery tickets” as a roast or whatever but those guys aren’t some 16 year-old signed out of the Dominican. Possible you could see at least 2 of them next year (if there’s a season).

I try to avoid conflict with mostly like-minded people on this app, especially like-minded when it comes to favorite teams, but sometimes I just can’t “keep scrolling”. I’d hire Buck again tomorrow if it were up to me.
This take, this thread…I don’t get it. All I know is that Showalter led this team to the best record in baseball from 2012-17, won MULTIPLE playoff games, and more importantly brought them back to relevance. Was he perfect? No. But he was far better than anyone they’ve had manage since.
How soon could Orioles see Anthony Eyanson in the major leagues? Sam Dykstra: "There are guys who skip AAA. But I would like him to see Norfolk before the end of this year... I do think a first half debut in 2027 is certainly in the conversation as of right now." #Birdland
