Proportional representation would end gerrymandering altogether and break the two party system.

In the moments leading up to creative writing semester exam: an impromptu dance party, a ceremonial rock-paper-scissor match, and some sort of chain high-five thing. What a good bunch of kids. 😊
An absolutely unhinged cover of my favorite novel 😳🙈

10 minutes into a family DnD game and the 12 y/o has done 4 lines of coke and started a bar fight
We have taken to calling, the sandhill cranes our “neighbors” as in “oh look, our neighbors are in our garden” or “I can’t hear you because the neighbors are screaming to each other”
The route I take to bring my youngest to school involves a street called Tobacco Rd. Whenever we turn onto it, she makes sure the windows are rolled up and then tries to hold her breath.
Sometime in the last day or so, my WIP - a totally ludicrous idea for a novel that somehow I keep working on - crested the 100k mark.
I just texted my daughter to take her medicine while she’s at her mom‘s house. She replied “I’m folding dishes”
