No party should select as a candidate for any office someone with the past extremist convictions (in both senses) of the man Kemi Badenoch is backing. It makes no difference whether it's for a council, any devolved assembly, or Parliament. It's all public power of some kind.

The State Department said ​it takes "full responsibility" for "hastily" altering and then presenting a map of Africa at a global AIDS conference that mislabeled every single country it highlighted. An analysis by Reuters found a watermark in the map image that suggests it was made with OpenAI.

Wonderful detail from old note-books I am currently going through: ‚In 10-15 yrs UK will be part of the €‘, said the then German amb in March 2004. instead, 9 yrs later PM Cameron announced the in/out-referendum, 12 yrs later UK decided to leave the EU. So much for the predictive power of diplomats.
