Luana pitched this story as being about euphoria, and it delivers: fast, playful, sexy, full of jokes and joy. Check it out (and pay what you want on itch and PayHip)

Actually, fuck it. Writing "Hedging Your Bets" gave me the euphoria and at least one all-pronoun using person said it resonated with them too. Get it for free! I've acted blase and mercenary about it, but it felt real and good, and I hope it does for you too. wyngraf.itch.io/wyngraf-roma...

Why? Who is this meant to be good for? Nobody wants your shit AI books, never mind 8,000 in a year. Just a terrible idea and a horrible road the publishing industry is heading down.

Bookseller article with the headline "New publisher Spines aims to 'disrupt' industry by using AI to publish 8,000 books in 2025 alone" 🤮🤮🤮

Hello, friends old and new! We aren’t dead, just sleepy. Our intrepid editor has (finally!) finished grad school and we’re slowly stoking the hearthfire that was banked for so long. On our to-do list:

Howard Andrew Jones might not be known in cozy fantasy circles, but without him, there would be no Wyngraf. He welcomed me (and many others) into the world of sword & sorcery, which built my confidence to begin writing & publishing cozy. Our hearts are with Howard and his family. - Nathaniel

Absolutely gut-wrenching news about my friend, writer Howard Andrew Jones. When I heard, it knocked the wind right out of me. More thoughts on this later but, now that the news is public, please let his friends and fans know, and keep Howard in your prayers.
